Can I run AOC Tools + AoC Client in fullscreen mode?

Yes, but you'll need to make use of the hotkeys(customizable) to enable/disable features of AoC Tools as you won't be able to see the Tools's GUI due to running the AoC client in fullscreen mode.

Just to add to this incase you care, you can keep the tools menu overlaying the window for AoC in windowed mode. It's by far the best way to do it, that way you don't have to memorize all your hotkeys.
