-updated to work with patch 2.0

Glider now supports Spiritmaster pet
- auto re-summon your pet if it's dead
- assist your pet if it got aggro
- rest your pet at x% HP (while your pet is resting, you rest as well)
- pet pulling
- auto buff pet
- support pet healing
- support pet DP skills

Other new features and improvements
- Glider can pull aggressive targets before neutral ones
- fast pulling speed (Glider pulls and attacks the target instantly if it's within pulling range)
- added DP skill support
- improved Glider performance
- improved anti-stuck
- improved sudden teleport detection
- improved Glider UI (no freezing while in combat)
- improved aggro detection
- redesigned skill tab

- no resource node stealing
- many bugs have been fixed
